Our story is rooted in love, so much love. This family-owned small business was built to love on & celebrate the incredible women in & around our community during one of the most exciting times in their life.
After meeting her very own Prince Charming at "the most magical place on earth", Ericia made it her mission to help others write their own love story too. This bridal shop, founded in 2019, was dreamed up at the coffee shop across the street, opened up a few months later, & has gone on to serve countless brides and families. With the support of family & friends and a lifetime to go, Bella Veil is proud to grow into a Newton, KS community legacy.
THE SHOP
We know we are a little biased, but we love our little shop. It is open, warm, & dreamy and we know you'll feel comfortable here. We offer two semi-private fitting rooms each with a cozy viewing space for your family to relax.
We offer a curated selection of bridal gowns, veils & styling accessories, as well as an additional private space and fitting room for our tuxedo, bridesmaid, prom, & homecoming guests.
We are located in the heart of the Historic Downtown District in Newton with ample parking on Main Street as well as additional parking just behind our shop. Make sure to check out our community information for a few fun stories & tips for your shopping trip with us. We can't wait to meet you!
MEET OUR TEAM
As long as I can remember I've been a hopeless romantic. I love LOVE, I mean what's better than Love? It's more than an emotion, it's action. It's one of the first instincts we have as children and love continues with us as we age. The power of love is undeniable, from our first love, to our last love.
I built Bella Veil not only to serve women in my community with access to beautiful wedding dresses, but because I saw a need in my community to love on the women who will walk into my business and need to feel that powerful sensation while shopping for one of the most important days of her life.
I have been so blessed in my life to be surrounded by love. I have been happily married for 7 years to my very own Prince Charming, we have two beautiful boys and a sweet baby girl(who you might find hanging out at the shop). We have the best family and friends who support our hopes and dreams.
We are honored in serving and loving on all those who visit us at Bella Veil.

Kaila is the ultimate team player! While she is passionate about serving all brides, she does specialize in curvy brides. She enjoys educating our brides and making sure everyone feels loved and valued! When she's not in the store, she is hanging out with her three kiddos, crafting or hunting for the best treasures while antiquing!
Meya
- Bridal Consultant
Meya is your ultimate hype woman and is into all things trendy and sparkly! She’s been with Bella Veil for three years, so she really knows the ins and outs of the bridal world. She spends her weekdays at Bethel College and dance practice, and on weekends she’s attending to our brides with her spunky spirit and feel-good attitude! She can’t wait to help you find THE ONE!
Laurel
- Bridal Consultant
Laurel is another one of our weekend warriors. She is a senior at Sterling College and a Bride-to-be in 2023! Her classic bridal style is perfect for all brides who have been dreaming of their big day! She is sure to wow brides with her bridal knowledge and charming personality.
